Returns and Refunds

We'll accept returns for any Nobelox MD products purchased from www.nobeloxmd.com and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 30 calendar days of the date you have received the goods. Please note that delivery charge is non-refundable.

Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by customer service.

We strongly recommend using a recorded/tracked service for returning any item.

Please contact customer service within 72 hours should you have any discrepancies with your order. This must be submitted via our returns form which can be found here. If for any reason you can't use the return form please contact us at hi@sk9laboratories.com.

Our customer service team will be in contact within 5 working days with instructions for returns. It is the customer's responsibility to repackage the items for return and WE do not send any kind of materials for processing the return.

Returns are valid for 30 days after you have submitted the return request through completing the return form or contacting us in the email address provided. After that period no return will be accepted.

REFUNDS will be processed within 5 working days and will be made to the original payment method used during the PURCHASE.
